modern Spanish dining with a Japanese Twist in Thonglor
Since 2023, Fuego has been an experience built on fire, movement, and flavour. Crafted in an open kitchen and served around the counter.
A Restaurant Where Fire Leads the Way
Fuego brings Spanish boldness and Japanese precision together in the heart of Thonglor. At the centre of the room, the open kitchen drives the experience. Chefs work over live flame, shaping every dish through timing, heat, and instinct. Every bite is cooked in full view behind the counter.
The atmosphere is intimate and energetic. Warm light, the crackle of the grill, and the steady movement of the team create a dining room that feels alive. From the first spark to the final plate, Fuego delivers food with depth, contrast, and a modern expression of Spanish and Japanese influence.
Spanish Passion, Japanese Inspiration
Fuego’s menu highlights the meeting point between Spanish fire cooking and Japanese technique. Dishes are built on balance and contrast, bringing together smoky notes, clean flavours, umami, and citrus.
Premium seafood, seasonal produce, and ingredients cooked over binchotan form the backbone of the menu. Every plate is layered with depth and arrives with character, offering a dining experience that is refined and full of flavour.
The Theatre of the Flame
Every detail at Fuego pulls you in. The glow of the grill, the movement of the chefs, the layers of flavour in every plate. It’s a space alive with rhythm and heat, made to be remembered.
